Created by adsfactory.com and showhomesguide.com in conjunction with the West Texas Home Builders Association, this app is designed not only to act as a guide for home enthusiasts but also as a helpful tool. Even if you don't have time to personally visit all the homes on the Parade, you don't have to miss a single one. Simply choose one of the featured developments - North Pointe, The Trails or Vintage Township to learn more about the community itself and see all the homes in that neighborhood on this year's Parade. You can quickly browse the list of homes with an overview of each property. Simply tap on an individual listing to view the full details of that property including basic information, description, builder bio and floor plan. Something this good should be shared! While browsing the individual homes, you can add your favorites to your own personal bookmarks along with posting the home to your Facebook or Twitter account along with emailing the home to friends and family. Make the tour your own by viewing your bookmarked homes from the bookmark option on the bottom menu. You will see a pinpoint location of each home you have bookmarked on your own personal map including your current location. Use this to help plan your tour days and easily navigate to those homes. Use the map option on the bottom menu to see the pinpoint location of all the homes on this year's Parade. To learn more about a particular home, simply tap the pinpoint to bring up the information box. From there, tap on the blue arrow to view that home's full details. This is also a great feature for those who only have a few minutes here and there. Tap the map and see what homes are close by and pop in for a quick visit! Whether you are an avid Parade fan wanting to enhance your tour or simply curious to learn more, this free app has something for everyone!
